Established in 2009 by co-directors Andrew Green and Eduart Kola who have a combined professional background in structural engineering, architecture, project management and carpentry. The entire Omniform team was incredible, we can't speak more highly of everyone we had the pleasure of working with: Andy, Edi, Alex and of course Baki. The project was always run and managed with the highest amount of focus, care and attention to detail. Indeed it was a true partnership. I would absolutely - and highly - recommend omniform to anyone completing a project; you would be in the best hands of professional people who truly care.

We worked with Omniform for the remodelling and interior design of residential dwelling in Nottinghill. The work on show and Omniform's approach to the build demonstrated their eye for design, attention to detail, and their very pleasant and professional attitude. They have a background working on large big-budget projects, which is evident in their meticulous approach, but as a company to work with they remains down to earth, approachable and collaborative. Look forward to working with them again soon.

We worked on our renovation with a company called The Vawdrey House who had already worked with Omniform on a couple of other projects and so they came highly recommended before we started working together. The team their site manager, Aleks, put together for us was great, really hardworking and polite and generally speaking, perfectionist! The job went only three weeks over what was a pretty tight deadline, and that was mainly because of us adding new items to the spec, about which Omniform were always very accommodating and positive! The finished job is amazing and we could not be happier with how the whole project came together.

We appointed Omniform in 2017 to carry out the design and renovation of our home. My partner and I had much debate on whether to choose a conventional architect / contractor route or a design and build process. We decided to go with the latter, not only from a cost-effective point of view but also from a perspective of efficiency, having a single point of contact for a team coordinating under one umbrella, made much more sense to us.
We were extremely impressed with Andy’s design philosophy, his many years of experience working with residential buildings and how one interacts with the form and function of habitable spaces clearly resonated with us.
We were without doubt seamlessly guided through the whole process, from sketches and ideas to the development and construction of our dream home.
The construction process of our build seemed daunting at first as we had never experienced a project like this before. Through excellent communication with Edi our project manager and consistent meetings, any problems that did arise (which can happen in construction!) were swiftly dealt with, and the programme was brought back on track.
Snagging and aftercare were promptly addressed, and we feel entirely contented with our beautiful new home.
Thanks again Omniform, we cannot recommend your design and build process more highly!

Omniform came and rescued our London flat refurbishment that was going very badly wrong. They came in rebuilt and finished the flat to a very high standard. Careful, thoughtful and high quality. I have had a lot of building work done over the years and these guys were by far the best builders I have used. The job was completed more or less to schedule, cost overruns were very few and were discussed in advance. Any problems that arose during the job were dealt with with a can-do positive and intelligent attitude. The finish was excellent and they came back and fixed anything that needed attention afterwards. They were all nice guys and good communicators. I can't recommend them highly enough and have done to lots of my friends who have used them too and had the same experience.

I have hired Omniform to completely refurbish my house. They are simply fabulous. They are very high quality, competent, hard working, honest and pleasant to work with - and very competitive in pricing.
They are a great group of people, very responsive working tireless to fix the issues that come up along the way in a complex full refurbishment. The communication during the length of the project was fantastic, timely and easy to understand.
After the job was finished they always been in contact and help with various matters. It is not only the job but the after market service that is very important.
They never let me down.
After that we (as a freehold) hired them to refurbish the exterior of the building, and someone else in our square hired them for the refurbishment of their building. You can only get referrals if you are good not only as a professional but also well liked in the local community.
