UK PRO-BUILD LTD

We asked UK Pro Build to remove our old conservatory and replace it with something more contemporary. They also removed a wall between the kitchen and dining room. John, Craig and the guys arrived promptly and always left everything clean and tidy everyday. They are a friendly, approachable and above all a professional team. Although we had covid to contend with, Charles kept us updated regularly. We highly recommend Charles and his excellent team. We love our fabulous new space it has transformed our home.

The company to work with - simple as that! Well structured, will work with you in order to get exactly what you want. Very reasonable in all aspects, from pricing to recommendation, they will help you out if you get stuck or not sure what to do. They will take the responsibility and are punctual. If for some reason they are late, they will inform you. They do the normal communication you would expect from a serious company but other don't seem to bother about it and this makes them stand out . Great team to work with, even their contractors are very competent so you are not let down. they also take the responsibility over the contractors actions so you are covered. I cannot recommend them more!

From our initial enquiry to completion I cannot express how great the whole team were, they took time to understand what my husband & I needed, made suggestions which we would never have thought of and helped & guided us through each step of the process, liaising with the relevant organisations when needed. They were polite, friendly & always professional cleaning up after themselves each day leaving the working areas spotless. The finished job has superceded our expectations and makes a huge difference to our lives. We cannot recommend them highly enough

We couldn't recommend Charles and his team of great lads highly enough if we tried. They built our extension a couple of years ago and cant fault them one little bit! Excellent communication with Charles from start to finish and the lads turned up on time every day and cleaned up after themselves at the end of it. They all went above and beyond to ensure every part of the job was done on time and to a very high standard. Highly recommend UK Pro-Build every time!!!

First rate service right from the original site visit to review what we wanted to achieve all the way through to completion. Craig and Charles were very helpful during the build and all of the guys were very friendly and tidy. We would definitely recommend.

The Pro-Build Team did an outstanding job delivering renovation and an extension project for our Grade 2 listed property. The work included re-roofing the property which was done sympathetically and effectively, completely changing the heat retention abilities. In addition and number of activities were done inside (replumbing and secondary glazing) which were done to a very high quality and always within character. The extension was a challenging project as the access is poor and a number of challenges were faced with the weather. Nevertheless the team were always extremely polite, friendly and ready to go the extra step to ensure a great job. The extension was for a kitchen/living area, bedroom, bathroom and laundry plus some outside landscaping. The team delivered on all aspects and exceed our expectations. In addition the collaboration with the planning and conservation teams was first class and made a real difference. We remain extremely pleased with all the work! I would thoroughly recommend the Pro-Build Team for any project you are looking to get done. I hope that they will be back here in the future to do more for us.
