“I am a Full Service Remodeler out of Frisco and we connected with LSID's via our Builders Association. I met Matt at a speed networking meeting. Subsquently, one of my past customers asked about replacing their front door with an iron door. I took the job out to 3 local builder association companies and while pricing was very similar, LSID, out did their peers by going the extra mile in creating a "photo shopped" the existing picture with what their proposed design would be. Before pic, photo shopped pic and after pic are attached here. They proposed a 2 day install and it was met. Quality was superb, installation clean and precise and their interior trim out saved me alot of drywall touchup and repair. My critique was the timeframe proposed from approved door design to install was not as timely as we had hoped. it took several extra weeks to actually get the door. My only advice to LSIDs would be to get more accurate dates from their supplier. Great job though!”
