“Bann Joinery and Building completed a complete flat renovation for us in 2015. The project converted an Edinburgh tenement flat from a one bed to a two bed. There was significant rearrangement of walls, including the installation of structural steels, to create a new open plan kitchen/dining/living room. Additionally, a new kitchen was sourced, installed and plumbed as was a new bathroom. All aspects of the work were completed to a very high standard and very quickly. Our entire project was completed in just 5 weeks. In addition to the quality of the work completed, James always kept the paperwork (plans, building warrant, invoices etc.) up to date and in order, removing any potential headaches for us!
