“If you are reading this review, you have found the electrician you should be working with. Rob sets the example for every trade and every electrician. He is professional, efficient, easy-going, creative and executes his work with exceptional quality. We engaged Rob after discovering that we had unlicensed work completed on our property. It was really important to us that we knew specifically who would be doing the work on our property. Rob is so well-known in the community not only did he provide exceptional references, one of the other electrical companies that bid on our project even confirmed that Rob is a great electrician and that we were in good hands. They were right! Rob was able to guide us through the deficiencies and help us understand how we could come up to code. Often times Rob would come up with multiple options of how we could fix specific problems where access wasn’t always as readily available for the electrical work and he always tried to work with us to come up with the most efficient option. He was extremely patient & knowledgeable when explaining to us all the options and the nuances of the electrical code. Once we confirmed to go ahead, Rob was able to schedule panel changeout with our local hydro company very quickly and was flexible to help squeeze us in for urgent work even when he had other jobs on the go. Rob was also genuinely kind, caring and patient with us. We had to schedule work from other trades to facilitate Rob’s efforts (which sometimes took a couple of months) and Rob did so without any complaints. Rob always had a smile on his face and would cater to our needs. He answered all our questions and helped us understand. He was organized and so pleasant to deal with. After so much time together, Rob feels like more of a friend than just a tradesperson who worked on our house. Thank you so much Rob for all your help. We are so grateful.”

“I had been planning to remodel my kitchen for months, but the daunting task of finding an electrical contractor to do the electrical had me delaying this project month after month. “We decided to finish our basement this past winter. Part of the reno involved moving the Electrical circuit panel. This work needed to be completed within a certain time frame as we were working within tight deadlines. I placed a call to Mr. Electric and received a call back from Susan the same day. She was able to schedule a consultation within 24 hrs. We were very impressed with the fact that Susan accomodated our request at such short notice. After the initial consultation and quote, Scott and Devin were scheduled in less than a week later to complete the work. Both Scott and Devin were easy to work with, provided much advice and guidance, easily shared their knowledge and expertise. They were very respectful of our home and renovation expectations with respect to quality of work, timelines and follow up. They were very accomodating to our requests even if last minute - midstream, we decided to also install pot lights in our upstairs family room.
