“Restoration Bay's main aim is to deliver quality work hired to do at an affordable prices. They worked in my house for 5 hours and the end results was just amazing. “We remodeled a tiny half bathroom and converted it into a full one. This was a tricky job given the space, in fact they said it was the smallest bathroom they ever worked on! The job took 3 full weeks, and we're delighted with the end result. Chuck and his crew were friendly and professional. They were accommodating to our various requests along the way, and it was very clear that their number one concern was to make us satisfied with the job. Additionally, they were respectful of our house, and pets and took good care to leave things tidy for us at the end of each day. We strongly recommend Homeworx and will use them again in the future.”

“My wife and i started hearing noises in the attic, we let about 2 weeks pass and the noise wouldnt stop so I finally decided to go check and come to find out our attic had huge sized rats. We came across this company and gave them a call they came really fast to check and they gave me a really great price.he wanted to do everything the same day and for me that is great i wamted those rats out. Ive had a great experience with them not only are they so nice but they also have great prices. They helped me get completly rid of this problem!”

“I have used Resto Pros Inc for a sewage backup service and this team has done work that simply exceeded my expectations. The foul odors and slow drains indicated my property needed this service badly and I got their reference from my brother. They inspected the area and took the necessary measures to prevent cross-contamination. They disinfected the space & fix the leaks and did everything necessary to address the issue. On completion of the work, they even conducted a final inspection to see that the area was completely dry and free from pathogens. I have found this team to be professional & reliable and the team working on the project was friendly.”

“We wanted to use the healthiest building materials possible for our remodel, and we were fortunate to have Melanie focused on research and in-depth review of materials. Also, she helped to keep us on track with our goal of preparing for Build It Green’s GreenPoint Rated (GPR) certification. Her work exceeded our expectations. Though I found some information online about building materials, I realized that there was a lot more to it. Simply put, I needed an expert! Melanie used references and resources that were new to me (Challenge Red List and Perkins+Will Precautionary List are two examples). I could count on Melanie to translate Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). A few times, she contacted manufacturers so we had more information to help us with making our product choices. Melanie has strong communication skills. I appreciated her patience with questions. She never made me feel like I had a dumb question or unreasonable request. She had a good rapport with every member on the project, including our general contractor and designer. They were a model of collaboration. When a product was ready for screening, Melanie reviewed the MSDS, checked for GPR requirements, searched databases, and more while keeping to the construction schedule. Her positive attitude made it easy for everyone to have a constructive dialogue about product options, product performance, and health concerns. Melanie is a dedicated professional who thinks about the the long-term. She even made a post-construction cleaning product recommendation list. I felt like she genuinely cared about our project, and she has continued to keep in touch to see how things are going. I think everyone with a remodeling project, whether it be one room or a whole home, should be asking questions about what is being used.
