“As both a buyer and seller of several houses over the years, I have extremely high expectations for any real estate agent I hire. Steve Anzulewicz consistently exceeded my high expectations as both a seller’s and buyer’s agent. I employed Steve to sell my home just as the 2007 recession burst the housing bubble. Through his deep knowledge of the market, Steve provided the much-needed guidance on what home improvements/repairs would obtain the best ROI in order to sell my home. He also staged my house to enhance its appeal to prospective buyers. Thanks to Steve’s expertise, I sold my home at a good price in a timely fashion despite the rapidly declining housing market. I relocated back to Wilmington, DE in 2017, and as my buyer’s agent, Steve continued to exceed all my expectations. I did not have a lot of time to find a house. Home inventories were so low, that most houses in my price range and preferred locations were sold the day they went on the market. Steve was a great listener and fully understood my wants and needs for a home purchase. On both house-hunting trips, Steve provided me with VIP treatment and very well-curated lists of homes to see. “Terry is an all star realtor. I started working with Terry on finding a home when I was being relocated from Texas to the Philadelphia area. My current realtor was not meeting my needs and I had met Terry by chance at the airport. From day one of working with Terry, he was determined to understand our unique needs, and instead of pushing us to a type of home that we were not interested in, he worked hard to find homes that met our needs, our budget, and our other preferences. He helped us negotiate an achievable price on our home and was more than attentive throughout the buying and closing process. Not a year later, my company laid me off. I turned right back to Terry to help me sell the house that we had bought; I didn't want to take a chance on starting a relationship from scratch with another realtor and knew that Terry would understand my situation. Though selling the house was a little more involved and drawn out than when we purchased it, Terry stuck with us for the long haul. We were back in Texas for most of the selling process and he kept us up to date via email, text messages, and phone calls. He helped us arrange for upkeep of our property (scheduling lawn service, updating us on our trees after storms, etc) and visit the house regularly to make sure that everything was in good shape while he hosted open houses and contacted every realtor and prospective interested buyer that toured the house.
