“As part of a new extension to our home we not only wanted to create a great internal space, but wanted to make full use of the outside space to create a great outside living area that we could enjoy as a family and with friends, so we used Janine Pattison Studios. Janine was absolutely brilliant in the way that she listened to what we were looking for in the design of the project to meet our personal needs and desires one of which was for it to be an east meets west, but in a modern style. This was not just the garden design but also planting plans as well. We wanted the garden to be as maintenance free as possible and in addition to this, the external project had to run concurrently with the bungalow extension, not an easy task for the builders and landscapers, especially as we went away on holiday for the summer as well. The end result is a garden that we can use all year round, it has it's area of fake grass for the table tennis table, raised decked patio area with seating and fire pit area with water feature, there is an outdoor covered kitchen and a nice area of further decking for alfresco dining. The ground works started in August 2013 and the garden was finished october 2013. This garden has definitely increased the value of our property and made the exterior as enjoyable as the interior. We would have no hesitation in recommending Janine Pattison Studios and have offered the garden for viewing/reference by appointment for any future prospect.
