“During the Covid19 epidemic (which required special accommodations) Dennis Cante took on a project for my home in the hills of Echo Park, Los Angeles, to design and rebuild 3 wooden decks encompassed by stucco walls and planters. Dennis was absolutely great at project planning & management. He was responsive to all my aesthetic and economic concerns. He controled time frames and material costs while also troubleshooting the unpredictable, which was the case with my nearly 100-year old house, where nothing is standard. His broad technical expertise and knowledge, including up-to-date changes in the building code, made my project worry free. Although Dennis can integrate specialists from his wide construction network, he will readily plunge in to do the work himself. In doing so, he is literally “hands on,” and those hands are truly skilled and efficient. He brings to the job a deft hand, aesthetic eye, and high standards of craftsmanship.”

“We've had three companies come out and non of them matched the experience that Joe has with driveway gates and their motors. We used yelp at first but then, decided to call the manufacturer directly - All-O-Matic Gate Operators. They said call Joe at Everest, right after we told the man our problems with gate. Hour motor was stopping without warning as we were opening and closing the gate. After a 10 min of testing and checking whats causing the issue, Joe found the problem. It was a loose wire on the limit switch. Other companies said we need a new motor!!! and wanted to charge us 2700 to get it replaced, thank god we called all o matic. in less than 30 min the gate was working perfectly and even better... Joe applied lubricant on the chain and wheels, no more squeaking noise. The repair cost a fraction (295) of what we were told. he replaced the switched and ran new wires plus i bought a new smaller remote from him. What an awesome dude. thank you Joe!!”
