We needed advice and they helped us to decide on the most appropriate fire and stove for our new build house. We also wanted a gas fire for our small snug and they sourced and organised the installation of both fires for us expertly and professionally with HETAS and Gas Safe approved fitters. “From the very start to the marvellous end product The whole Flames team were fantastic. Their combined wealth of knowledge,exacting, precise advice made us know we were purchasing with confidence. The installing of the 'fake chimney' was, as quoted, amazing fast and the fitters were very obviously very experience, neat and tidy. No mess at all! The fireplace when installed far surpassed our expectations, it looks fantastic and has transfomed our whole sitting room. We love it! Can't thank Flames enough for everything from start to finish. Would highly recommend them to anyone!”
