They addressed every question that we had, made recommendations on the wood stove that would be perfect for our household, and provided everything that we would need for obtaining permits. Neither my husband or I felt any pressure to buy and were greatly impressed by the amount of information that our sales associate gave us. Given our positive experience, we went ahead and purchased a Quadra Fire 4300 wood stove. Fire Glow kept in contact each step of the process and were willing to work the scheduling around our basement renovation. Our installer did a wonderful job- the installation was impeccable! He walked us through stove operation, chimney maintenance, and was kind enough to answer our remaining questions/concerns. “I had the pleasure of working with Ernie to resolve a problem caused by an fireplace chimney cleaning contractor telling me that there was a problem with the chimney flue of my Isokern fireplace. I fell for his pitch which resulted in the installation of a 8" in diameter flexible metal hose in my chimney. This caused multiple problems as the smoke from the fire did not vent correctly. Ernie offered multiple solutions to the problem and after choosing one he and his assistant were able to remove the flexible hose and restore the original venting. He was professional and pleasure to do business with. Price was very reasonable and the repairs were done as promised and on time.
