    “The store with its 5 star quality furniture and various home products is most definitely the place to shop for the best products in Manchester by far and the north west. The service I received just put the icing on the cake for me. I bought a new apartment in Manchester and before I moved in the team at Boconcept visited the apartment with the estate agents and measured up the rooms, then sent me a variety of 3D images via email, to show me various options of layout, design and furniture choices at no extra cost, this service was free!. Nothing was to much trouble and the final design I went for was perfect. Alan and the team did a perfect job. I am thrilled with the final product. The furniture really is excellent quality and the most modern, contemporary designs to date. Really bang on trend with a superb finish throughout. Can't praise this store in Manchester and its team enough. Go visit now”

    “Me and my partner had been fans of Aidan's work for a good while before commissioning him to make a custom shelving/divider unit for our kitchen/dining area. We had a vision in mind and he managed to take our (fairly poor/probably slightly confusing...) descriptions and turn them into a proper to scale CAD drawing, which was even set within our kitchen so we could get a really good feel of what it would look like. He came for a site visit, took measurements, and talked us through the options for the timber he could use based on the type of tone and look we wanted. We both work in sustainability and it was great that Aidan takes it seriously too. The timber all came from the same tree which was sourced only about 45 miles from our house! The finished piece is so beautiful - clearly made with so much care and attention to detail. I would honestly have Aidan make every single thing in my house if I could.”

    “I wanted to write a review for this independent store as I felt the previous comment does not show fair representation of this company. I recently ordered a large number of garden outdoor items if high value and throughout the process Sam did respond to email. I did have to raise the questions and did have to follow up but on those occasions I received a response and her associated delivery company were also very good at keeping me informed of progress. The products were imported and as such lead times varied but Sam was very open and honest about this and kept me informed when she had information available to her as did the couriers.”

    “Superb craftsmanship and attention to detail on the pair of coffee tables we ordered. Excellent customer service, and it was really great to chat to Jon, he was really helpful as we didn't quite know what we wanted. We couldn't be happier, would highly recommend!”
