“Over the years I have wandered into Grace, but have always been a little intimidated to do any real shopping there - always figured it was too expensive. In search of a new bed worthy of an adult, I bit the bullet and decided to give Grace a try. What a pleasant surprise! Surprise #1 - I got a fantastic new bed, which truth be told was a little expensive. However, on sale it was totally comparable to other pieces I had seen at bigger retailers and the quality was soooo much better. No buyer's remorse here. Surprise #2 - The salesperson was extremely friendly. Not that I expected to be ignored, but the service was way better that what I expected from a high end Brentwood store that typically caters to people willing to spend a lot more money than I did. Surprise #3 - The BEST delivery service I have ever had. The guys were on time and literally wore gloves while they were meticulously setting up the bed. The worst part of the experience is that the list of new furniture I now covet has grown substantially. Time for a bigger house.”

“I've long been a fan of Z Gallerie. It was one of my favorite places to shop when I first had my own place years ago, and it is still one of my favorites all these years later. “We just received the sofa we ordered from Sofa Works and are very pleased with the results. We wanted a design from the Design Within Reach website and the sofa is an exact match, with a fabric that would not have been available at DWR. Plus, for the price we were able to add a matching ottoman!”

“Well, let me just say that Michelle Lasky-Nielsen is the most outstanding designer; quick, efficient, has a wealth of knowledge and has an excellent design sense. I moved into my new apartment and vowed I would only bring in furniture that I loved. And, believe me, everything Michelle helped me select, I LOVE! Their delivery was superb. The men were so professional and helpful and went above and beyond. I have referred many people to Michelle and they are ecstatic too. I highly recommend Michelle and Dwell Floor Five Design to everyone! You'll see. You'll fall in love with your environment like I have. Beauty surrounds me and I am so happy with everything!”

“We purchased the Theseus ping pong table and absolutely love everything about it. The kids love having a ping pong table, and I love that it looks like a piece of stunning furniture. The net and brackets come off completely, so when we have parties, we use it as an extra dining table. The customer service was amazing - from the first email to our white glove installation, we were handheld through the process. Could not recommend this company more.”

“Huge showroom of dining sets, bar stools, and living rooms. Prices range to fit every budget, from inexpensive to the highest end. Designer, Peter Cass works with you to design the furniture that you like and will spend whatever time it takes to create the look you want. You can bring photos of what you like and have it made by Sitting Pretty for a fraction of the cost. They have an entire room full of sample fabrics. Peter will make certain your furniture is perfect before he accepts it for delivery. The delivery crew is top notch. They are extremely careful in making sure your items are handles like fine china. They don't just deliver your items, they place them and set them up and make sure they are part of your home, in the exact place you want them. They send employees from their store and do not use an outside delivery company.”

“Lori is excellent to work with. She combines high quality products that are value-priced with wonderful customer service. I have had her custom build a large moroccan style bed frame in blue leather for me and a blue mohair chaise lounge for my bedroom -- both pieces cost me significantly less than purchasing at the design center, but yet were custom made to my specs, arrived on time, and were equisite. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Lori again on any furnishing item for my home!”

“Note: I purchased the Ultrafragola style mirror in September and received the item in December due to global shipping issues. I’m very impressed with the quality and likeness of the product. It came shipped in a sturdy 80 lb crate (so would highly recommend a second person to help unbox) and was in perfect condition. The lights work great. Only thing I’d change is the finicky app it comes with. It pairs via Bluetooth and can be spotty to the point of having to redownload the app. However you can still turn the device off and on with a physical button.”
