Categorically the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sent me multiple copies of the same book for a display (over 64 copies of a single title in one case) and, when I complained, refused to be helpful in the slightest. I would avoid at all costs!

Grace was informed prior to despatch "LOT" of multiple copies in preferred colour, and advised to use another product. Refused a refund or another product. Wanted the items regardless. Items sent along with added 30% free of charge books. Once recieved. demanded refund without returning order or bad reviews will be left. Decor offered multiple options along with full no quibble refund as per policy. All denied. Grace has been barred from using our services.
