We base our business on good, honest building. We are a polite, smart, hard working outfit that doesn't fit the usual stereotype. Our team treat every job in a bespoke manner and keep you in the loop with the project. Our business is built on word-of-mouth recommendations from happy customers. No two jobs are the same and no two clients are the same - we pride ourselves on knowing our building work and just as much on client relations. We are set up for an all in one build. We have a long list of Architects, Engineers and tradesmen we regularly rely upon. We usually work on the ''supply and fit'' mantra meaning; we supply the materials and add 20% on top of trade prices, but with our trade discount you still get a better price than going to the builders merchants cold. The price we quote you is the price you pay and we don't hide from this. We only charge for genuine extras. As a company we take huge pride in working with period buildings and grounds. We get excited about giving underused spaces a new lease of life through careful conservation of original designs and materials, or sympathetic inclusion of contemporary elements that respect the heritage of the site.
