“Our HVAC died in the middle of a brutal heat wave and AJ Michaels Salespeople came promptly, set up the replacement with courtes. They were not pushy at all, and seemed honest. The replacement unit was available quickly and the employee who installed it did a fine job, was very thorough. Everyone had very good customer service skills.”

“ESA replaced our fuel oil furnace with a natural gas furnace and replaced the old A/C with a more energy efficient model. They arrived on time, did the job as we had agreed, for the price we agreed and left everything in working order. They came back out for a service call (no charge) because we needed an additional tutorial on how the system humidifier worked once the seasons changed.”
