The first visit, Tyler showed me the parts that had been wired incorrectly which allowed the unit to function but it was lazy work done before I purchased the home. He properly installed new components insuring that there was no strain on the system. I called 1st Response again in November 2017 to service our furnace. Tyler is courteous (EX. called within :30 minutes before arriving and wears coverings over his shoes while inside the home), explains things clearly, and his rates are fair. I am sure there are cheaper companies and I know there are more expensive ones. The service and trust level with Tom's makes them the most cost effective provider I know. I have referred Tom's countless times and I have NEVER had someone state anything gratitude for the introduction to this fine company. If nothing else, look at the length of this endorsement I am happy to do out of gratitude for the respect and service they have shown my family.”
