“We have used Fagundes Pluming & Heating for the following: -3rd Floor Bathroom (Sink/Toilet/Shower) -3rd Floor Ductless (1 Unit) -2nd Floor Ductless (3 Units) -1st Floor Heating -Basement Heating -Water Heater Replacement (Tankless) I have never worked with a company that has more top notch people than Al's team. Period. Peter who comes to your house and walks you through your options Sam that runs his team and is involved in every step Sammy, Nick and Ron who are the most polite hard workers in their field Danielle in the office who holds down the fort and answers any questions you have and takes on Mass Save and the rebates Al who is absolutely involved in his business and stands behind everything that his team does. My husband and I moved into Lowell, MA from out of the area and purchased a home that we knew needed some work. Hiring a "professional" without any personal recommendations is a stressful task. At the minimum you hope the people are fair and know what they are actually doing. If I can be the personal recommendation for Al or any member of his team I would be more then happy to tell you what an amazing team he has. They are a hard working, polite and the top of their field. All their work is top notch. We liked the job they were doing and trusted Al and his team so much that we took recommendations from him for an electrician and a contractor. If you need any work done on your home at ALL you need to call Al Fagundes first. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Al and team for your amazing job in our home!”

“We recently changed our carrier of home heating oil. It took us a while to get an appointment because we waited to long to call. In order for Palmer to put oil in the tank they had to inspect the tank and piping which I respect very much. We had them clean our furnance and was quite pleased, it was the best cleaning my furnace has had. The gentlemen explained to me the problem we were having with the furnace and what needed to be done. I would highly recommend this company to take care of your heating needs. I felt that they treated me honestly.”
