“Climate Pro was a lifesaver last summer when our air conditioner broke five days before settlement on the sale of our home. The company with which we had a maintenance contract as well as the local gas and electric company could not replace for at least two weeks. Kevin Creel and Climate Pro installed a new air conditioning unit in three days. They were efficient and professional as well as performing the work at reasonable price.”

“Our HVAC died in the middle of a brutal heat wave and AJ Michaels Salespeople came promptly, set up the replacement with courtes. They were not pushy at all, and seemed honest. The replacement unit was available quickly and the employee who installed it did a fine job, was very thorough. Everyone had very good customer service skills.”

“Received an estimate with options for new HVAC system. Although the one I originally wanted was too costly, they did install a decent system that worked. The techs were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The salesperson made a follow up call to ensure my system was working properly. Although some have said I paid too much for the system I bought, I think the company is reputable overall and I am very satisfied with the results.”

“I will never use another cooling and heating company. Two other companies told me that I needed a new heating system. I thought their prices were way to expensive and decided to call a smaller company. Griff's Heating and Air showed up the same day that I called. Everyone was kind and respectful. A few minor repairs (about $150) and my heat was working. Griff's Heating and Air has great customer service and they are honest!!!”

“Great folks. Experts in the field. Don't sell you a story, scare tactics or any kind of pressure. I chose them over 5 other quotes and we are very pleased. Didn't try to oversell me a unit. Installation was fast and they even allowed me to donate my previous 3 year old furnace (came with the house) to a person who called them asking for help with their old furnace. Will be using them for all of my cooling/heating needs.”

“ESA replaced our fuel oil furnace with a natural gas furnace and replaced the old A/C with a more energy efficient model. They arrived on time, did the job as we had agreed, for the price we agreed and left everything in working order. They came back out for a service call (no charge) because we needed an additional tutorial on how the system humidifier worked once the seasons changed.”
