He dealt with our HOA, providing them with all of the information required for approval, obtained the necessary permit from the city, handled all of the details, and kept us updated by email or phone without our ever having to request any information. He was onsite the day of the installation, which was accomplished by a neat and efficient two-man team in less than a day. Matt was onsite again when the City Inspector arrived to sign off the permit. Matt and Yaeger Services handled everything for us. They even registered the warranties! Is it any wonder we intend to have them take care of future heating and A/C maintenance?”

“20th Century added a/c to our existing furnace, and the results have been great! It took them a single day, and they included a wifi thermostat. They were very clear in advance about what their work would and would not include, and their price was fair. We had the option of several different units, and the one we chose was slightly more expensive but more economical to operate. I would gladly have them back for any job, but two years later there hasn't been any need for repairs.”

“Nathan and his team at Nicholas Mechanical Install a 16 seer energy efficient AC system and new ducts at my home. I had multiply companies come out and give me BIDS, but I choose Nathan not only for his competitive pricing but also his companies organization every step of the way. Ramona the office manager contacted me and kept us in the loop every step of the way and Nathan and his team answering any questions we had during the install. They told us it would be done in 2-3 days and sure enough it was completed in the 2-3 day window. The one thing that Nathan’s Bid shined over the rest was the attention to detail he had it broken down (Explaining everything thing we were getting for the contract.) Included in his installation was a NEST thermostat which me and my family LOVE has made our life easier be able to Monitor it while were away and the kids are home. We have white carpet in our home which Nathan saw and right away explained that before install starts that drops cloths are laid down and everything that needs to be covered, will get covered with plastic. “My aunt lived with no heat for 6 years in Long Beach. We found AARD; Rose and Andy, and their team, and I asked that they work with me and have me in meetings because I didn’t want my aunt over charged or oversold, and she is 80. Wow! They really treated my aunt like family, with respect, and explained everything. My aunt who ‘didn’t want air conditioning because she has lived 50 years in the house without it’, decided to include it. They finished the work so quickly, AND neatly. (My aunt’s heater had actually blown up under the house, and it was completely removed and she had a small amount of asbestos —-which AARD removed) There was excellent communication throughout and my aunt is so happy! It’s wonderful that she never has to worry about heat and cooling. It just works! The controller for the system was easy for my aunt to use…the house is comfortable. Well, MY AC WENT OUT! I live near Whittier. I called Andy & Rose, and Andy and his Team came out. This house is old and it had multiple crazy systems and all the old junk was removed, new system installed, it works great. And, AARD works with a financing company too. This was a great HVAC system for my family and still the great communication, neat job —- very tidy, and you can call them afterwards if you have anything come up. They answer the phone! It’s like having a family member in the HVAC business! I asked Rose and Andy how they got started, because they are really good communicators and they each worked for other companies before starting AARD, so they have experience, but they also know how to assess each job and figure out what really works for your home. Very, very satisfied with TWO HVAC installations. Oh! And the new units are smaller and AARD provided a Nest controller, that communicates with my husband’s cell phone! He didn’t get out of bed one night and adjusted the heater!”
