“Last week our furnace went out. Jacob came out and told me I didn't need a new furnace after other companies gave me overpriced estimates. He was very honest. We remembered Tiptop HVAC and called. “20th Century added a/c to our existing furnace, and the results have been great! It took them a single day, and they included a wifi thermostat. They were very clear in advance about what their work would and would not include, and their price was fair. We had the option of several different units, and the one we chose was slightly more expensive but more economical to operate. I would gladly have them back for any job, but two years later there hasn't been any need for repairs.”
