“The Katz Builders team is very professional. We have worked on dozens of projects together over a span of over 25 years (my firm draws the plans and Katz does the construction) and every one of my clients who has used Katz for the construction project has been very pleased with quality, professionalism and service. The level of personal attention and care they provide is unparalleled. In one remodel, for instance, they painstakingly removed the original wood casing from doors and reinstalled it after the remodel was finished. Their tile installer did my own floors and I was extremely impressed with how carefully he and his lead installer planned the layout to make sure that the tile was centered on several different axes as well as ensuring no small slivers of tile at edges and other subtle things I would never have noticed had they done it incorrectly. If something "doesn't seem right" about plans we have provided, the Katz team always call to make sure they get it right rather than "winging it" in the field risking misinterpretation of our intent. They have used many of the same sub-contractors the entire time I have known them which means to me that they have loyal sub-contractors and you will get consistent and high quality results from them. And, once again, I want to mention that in all these years I have not once had a homeowner come back to me and complain about them as their builder. That is very rare in this business.”

“I hired Elijah and his team of contractors to complete a bunch of projects in a home that we were selling. They are quick, reasonable and most important professional! I am a Realtor and have also used him with many of my clients. You won't be disappointed hiring Elijah and his team. Just do it and the rest will be taken care of. I never have to worry if the project is being completed the right way and always feel at ease.”

With their knowledgeable patient leadership, we have worked through the many choices involved in building. We are going to enjoy living in our lovely custom Younger Home very much!”

“Building a custom home can be quite overwhelming...so we were told! Decisions are endless and opinions change through the process. Our experience of building our first custom home was SO much better than what we had anticipated based on the horror stories you often hear of! Genuine Custom Homes was with us each and every step of the way and Karl was amazing to work with!!! His organization skills speak volumes for themselves. We were constantly kept in the loop of what the current status was and what we could expect to come and it was so nice to know that we had someone supervising our project who cared about our home just as much as we did! Karl was always in contact with us and set up appointments for us with his chosen professionals who already knew about our style before we even arrived to meet with them to discuss specifics. We were involved in the entire process and when we were not immediately available we had the confidence that Karl knew our goals and style well enough to make things happen as we would have them. We would absolutely recommend a Genuine Custom Home to our friends and family-- we have now been in our home for six months and from the date of move in we have not been disappointed! On top of that...Karl has been in contact occasionally to check in with us which is nice...it's not often you get taken care of after the completion of your project (sale)!”

“Kasper Homes built my home in Wimberley, TX back in 2012. I was still living in Wisconsin at the time getting ready to retire and left all the building supervision up to Rick Kasper. He did an excellent job with all the contractors involved and with me long distance. He would even give me advise on colors and tile combinations that would look great. He has quite a vast experience working with various sub-contractors in the region. He also is very conscience about his work. He always wants to do a good job like if it was his own home. I've had no regrets in his work.”

“McKay Vassar performed ab outstanding job in adding to our existing home. It was an additional of considerable space, and the personnel involved were knowledgeable and professional in all contacts. The subcontractors were all excellent, as well. This work was performed in 2015, and we are still happy with it. We were consulted every step of the way, so we were aware of all expenses as we went along. We could not have asked for better communication, service and construction.”
