“We used Cresmark for our custom home we built last year and were very pleased with the outcome. We looked at quite a few builders before we decided on using them to build our home. They were very professional and really made us feel comfortable with all the decisions we had to make. The contractors they recommended were very experienced and really did a great job for us. They delivered our home on time and within budget and really built us a nice home! I would have no problem recommending Cresmark or any of their contractors. Mark Stevens”

“I can't say enough good things about White Elm. As an investor that has renovated 10+ properties now, White Elm without a doubt has been the absolute best. We worked with them on a triplex conversion that went about as smoothly as any project could go. When things came up, White Elm was quick to provide solutions and keep our project on track. We collected multiple quotes at the start and White Elm was very competitive. In the midst of covid, they managed to finish the project 1 month EARLY! Communication is always a big factor for me and I loved the fact that they use software to provide regular updates with photos and a project schedule. It saves me time from having to constantly follow up on the progress. Dealing with White Elm has opened my eyes to what it's like to work with true professionals that care about their clients and know you to run a reno business effectively. They are a on time and on budget team of highly qualified construction project managers. Their attention to detail is second to no other contractor I have dealt with and they immediately deal with any of the hundreds of complex tasks that take to build or renovate s residence. They employ a large cross section of similar subtrades that provide high quality worksmanship for a fair price. “Working with Kingsgate on our kitchen renovation was a delight. We had an idea of what we wanted to achieve, but their knowledge and experience gave us a whole new list of possibilities that we would never have thought of ourselves. Mid-project, they were able to accommodate a couple of design changes and add-ons. The finish carpentry is especially good. They provided a reasonable estimate and, even with the add-ons, we found their pricing to be very good. We love the look and functionality of our new kitchen. Well done Kingsgate!
