“Jemade Design & construction have just completed our beautiful brand new home. As first home owners and building we thought it was going to be a very daunting task ahead with so many builders to choose from. However from the very first meeting with Kevin we knew we we're in great hands. Kevin and his team we're very professional, and helped with all the questions and advice we needed. Working in real estate I see a lot of homes everyday and the quality of work, attention to detail and finishings by Jemade we're second to none. Not only was Kevin great to deal with but all the tradesmen onsite are a true testament , and at the end of the day left our worksite in the cleanest condition and ensured everything was perfect before the big day. “We engaged James to add a 50sq/m extension to our home, taking it from a 3 bed/1 bath to a 4 bed/2 bath. The end-to-end process took approx. 4 months. “We had a major renovation done by Neal and the Wycon team mid 2020 and we are thrilled and overwhelmed by the final result. Neal is an exceptionally high quality builder, who takes pride in his work and makes sure everything is completed to the highest possible standard. His initial quote was highly competitive and he is honest and straightforward in his charges and rates. It's hard to find a great builder on the GC and sometimes difficult to put your trust in someone you don't even know. It can be a big leap of faith. Neal at Wycom Homes is certainly a rare gem in a very crowded, risky field. Not only is he a craftsman, he's also a great communicator and always answered our queries or addressed any issues very quickly. He was alway on time! If there was going to be any delay due to bad weather or issues out of his control, he let us know straight away. Our project ran to plan and on time. Neal was receptive to our ideas and coordinated his team perfectly. Gwenda is wonderful too and was very prompt with invoices, our payment receipts and with all of the twists and turns of our variations etc. Everything went smoothly and the results are stunning.
