“Buchanan Const. was a pleasure to work with on building our home. His knowledge of building and materials was excellent. He made specific suggestions during the building process, such as adding a window seat and using the flooring material as the seating area. Buchanan also recommended extra insulation above the garage to help the bonus room for heating. Rick provided detailed invoices that spelled out each work order and changes that were made during the construction process. Since we were out of town for some of the construction, he always sent me photos of what they were doing and stayed in constant contact. His suggestion of landscaping ( adding rock walls ) was appreciated. I would highly recommend Buchanan Construction, and if I build another home, Rick will be the first builder I will call.”

“Judd Builders has done work for me many times. I really appreciate their responsiveness and I feel that they are priced very fairly for the quality of work they produce. They are able to do the straight forward simple task as well as be able to come up with some very creative and beautiful designs to solve whatever problems I have had at my homes or business locations. I would recommend them both for a new home build as well as a remodel in an existing space. All my experiences with Judd Builders have been positive and I look forward to working again with them in the future.”

“Aspen Builders built our home in Flat Rock, NC in 2011. We built an addition 1 year later and never considered using anyone but Matt Holloway and Aspen Builders. No detail was overlooked and everything was done to perfection. We have a home in Columbia, SC and plan to remodel it and Aspen Builders is coming to SC to do the work for us.”

“We used J&N for a complete gut / remodel of a 90 year-old house in North Asheville. They did a terrific job. This was during COVID, so there were all the normal challenges of a major construction project, plus the added issues of supply chain, sub-contractor availability, etc. The team navigated these challenges admirably. J&N has a very professional internal team of supervisors and contractors, and good relationships with the top subcontractors. Beyond being professional, they are simply nice folks to work with. The result was simply superb, and we continue to receive many compliments on our new home. We would highly recommend them for any project.”
