“Working with Shannon & Ken Dixon at RenoPros was a very pleasant experience. I used them last year for hurricane damage from Ian. My lanai roof was blown off completely. Ken & Shannon gave me a fair quote, during the time when other repair people were ripping off customers during these trying times. The aluminum replacement was ordered and I was kept informed during entire process. They also replaced my floor in lanai. They did such a good job that I had them install my kitchen back splash and had them arrange for the outside of my manufactured home to be painted while I was back in Ohio. They kept me informed during the complete process. My neighbors have told me how nice everything looks. I'm going to do more upgrades in 2023 and I will surely call Ken & Shannon to do the work.”

“2015-3-12 Clyde Alstrom of Bluewater Construction has done several building projects for us these past three years. All were perfectly executed. He has a very professional and courteous crew and his follow up when requested was immediate. Clyde worked well with both myself and my wife to give us exactly what we envisioned and was truly an extension of the architectural offices we had utilized. He was able to resolve many of plan changes we had requested and he did it with a smile. Most importantly he came in on budget and schedule without compromising any of the quality in material choices and workmanship. More specifically Bluewater built two magnificent homes for us in the last three years. One was a 4500 sq. ft. coastal contemporary home on Lido Beach with plans by the architectural firm of Cliff Scholz. The other is our current home on Longboat Key, which is a 3600 sq. ft. coastal contemporary home with plans from architect Mark Sultana of Sarasota Florida. Everyone who visits us remarks about the extraordinary craftsmanship in every aspect of the home. Bluewater also did a major renovation for us of a 1940's home on Lido Key. The results made us very happy. We sold the home and the purchasers were also very happy with the quality of what they purchased. We are currently planning other projects in the Sarasota area and Bluewater will definitely be our builder of choice.”

Have hired them for numerous remodeling jobs (although they also do new construction). More than fair market price to remodel kitchen, living room and one bedroom. Most other quotes came in over budget. When Mike says he'll be there; he'll be there & projects have always been completed on time if not sooner.”
