“Back in the year 2012 our bathroom was in desperate need of some work. I had 3 estimates done. The first 2 I didn't get a good feeling about, when Greg stepped into our house I knew he was the person I wanted to have do our bathroom. He was so down to earth, honest, professional all around great person!! We were having a wedding in June of that same year. I liked the fact Greg had so many ideas on what we could do things I never would have thought of. They started the job in May and had the job done in time for the wedding. My husband and I were both working at the time and I felt VERY, VERY safe having them here working during the day while we were at work. Building Renewal have done several jobs for us we have also referred him to other people who have been happy as well with the work they do!! We will NEVER have anyone else do the work as long as Building Renewal are in business. The bathroom turn out better than I could have imagined you want this company for your next anything!!!!”

“We used Mr. Lemke to fix our leaking garage. We had lawn atop it and it required removing all of the soil from the top followed by sealing the roof with a rubber membrane, installing a fence around it and replacing the wooden facade that had been damage by water leaking on the front., Multiple trades people and much coordination but all happened before the snow. Nice and professional”

“We had GR Danielson do our insulation work. They ended up needing an extra day, but got all the work done as promised. The team was very professional and they were great at explaining exactly what was happening on the job. We currently live in a very old stucco home and were worried about how the patching would blend. They have a retired stucco contractor who did quite a nice job patching. They were also very good about cleaning up, removing shoes when inside, etc. I would definitely recommend to a friend. They also do general contracting work.”
