The process has been seem less which has been handy as I did not need the stress whilst working from home. The workers were friendly and left the site clean at the end of the day. Joel was incredibly professional and supportive throughout the process, as were all of his team members and contractors. I experienced great communication throughout the project and felt well guided when there were unexpected issues. “We were recommended to Brown Construction by Woods of London in Blackheath whilst looking for our kitchen for our project. Once we had met Adam and were reassured by him that we could achieve what we wanted for our project (having been advised by other builders that we were unable to do so). We knew that Brown Construction were the best people to proceed with, they were easy to deal with and always offered good advise in all areas. Our project was managed brilliantly by James, the whole team were fabulous they left site every day and it was clean and tidy we couldn’t have been happier. “We cannot speak highly enough of I D Smith Construction Services. We instructed them to fully refurbish our 1930s semi with the addition of a single storey extension. The project included new external render, full rewire, replumb, fresh plastering, new roof, bespoke carpentry, new gravel driveway, new kitchen and new bathrooms amongst many other items. There's not much these guys can't turn their hands to. We found Ian and his team a pleasure to deal with. They were reliable and trustworthy and most importantly delivered an excellent finish throughout. As is inevitable with major building work we did incur additional, unforeseen costs but these were reasonable and proportionate and Ian kept us informed throughout. What we loved in particular was Ian's ability to find solutions to any problems we encountered. His calmness throughout the project helped keep our stress levels down. We hope to work with Ian, Kieron, Phil and Stuart again in the future (possibly a patio) once we have saved up! Highly recommended.”
