Of particular note was the fact that in the middle of the project I had to go out of country for business for a week and this concerned my wife. Tom and his staff made sure that they were on site before she left in the morning with the kids and were there when she got home in the afternoon to go over everything with her. They were explicit and non-technical in their explanations of what occurred that day and what to expect for the next. They went so far as to coordinate moving the washer and dryer around some of the activities to ensure that the laundry could be done without having to go to a laundry mat. Bay Harbour's selection of subs for work was also amazing. Each of the subs held the level of respect for us and our ideas. Each sub was there when scheduled and completed the work mostly on time. In the few occasions that they ran over both Tom and sub gave us the heads up early with an explanation and a plan to stay on task. We will be using Bay Harbour Homes on our next project and strongly recommend that you do too.”
