“Ron Ungerman, owner of Ungerman Construction has performed many jobs for me in the last 25 years, I will not have any other company come into my house to perform any work. His employees are the most knowledgeable, neat in their work, always punctual to show up at the set time....While I lived in my old house (40 years) they did remodeling and when I put the house on the market UC did all the repairs necessary... When I purchased my Edina condo in 2007 UC did a complete remodel replacing all flooring, total kitchen and bathrooms, closets and laundry room as well as painting the whole unit. Four years ago I contacted them again as there was a leak from the upstairs unit and I had a flood in one bedroom and closet--within the hour from when I called, I had two guys show up with huge fans to dry up the areas of the damage and had those fans run for days until everything was dry and the damage was repaired and painted. I have recommended them thru the years to all members of my immediate family for very extensive remodeling and repairs with complete satisfaction and reasonable pricing....These are the reasons why I am giving them a 5 stars rating !!!!! I wish I would have photos but I am a "klotz" with a camera in my hands.... Sincerely, Dalia Katz”

“True Concepts did a great job for us. We had it fix up a bathroom (replace shower, toilet, patch and paint the walls, install fixtures, and fix some mill work). In addition to high quality work done within the estimated time frame, a couple other things set True Concepts apart. First, communication was really clear and helpful; so many contractors do a poor job with that. Second, True Concepts provided creative thinking and problem-solving. We'll definitely hire True Concepts again.”

“We used Mr. Lemke to fix our leaking garage. We had lawn atop it and it required removing all of the soil from the top followed by sealing the roof with a rubber membrane, installing a fence around it and replacing the wooden facade that had been damage by water leaking on the front., Multiple trades people and much coordination but all happened before the snow. Nice and professional”
