“Steven Fisher of Classic Builders was selected by my wife and I to construct our dream house. After interviewing 3 other contractors we chose Mr. Fisher based on his credible credentials which were supported by an outstanding complement of prior projects in the Tampa Bay area. Located on the Hillsborough River in Tampa, our 1/2+ acre lot features arguably, the most beautiful view of the river and Tampa City Skyline. As such we wanted a builder who was skillful, committed to our concepts and dreams, and dedicated. Mr. Fisher proved all of these and more. From initial planning through final phases of the project Mr. Fisher was on site supervising each day. He was proactive in practice as well as in policy. Throughout the project we did not encounter any unreasonable delays or problems. My wife and I are extremely pleased with Classic Builders and would recommend them to anyone who desires elegance as an essential ingredient in their project . Job Well Done! Gary and Olive Johnson”

“Sun Bay builders did a major remodel to our home in St Petersburg, FL. This included expanding our kitchen, adding a new bathroom and remodeling two others. They enclosed our porch and we now have a wonderful area to entertain outside. We worked closely with them to have tile choices, paint colors, bathroom fixtures, lighting, and new appliances selected and delivered to keep the project moving forward. They answered all of our questions and concerns . They were very reliable and consummate professionals.”

“My experience with LRG General Contracting was a good one. Lou is a perfectionist in his work. With Lou their is only one way to do the job - the right way. He will NOT take shortcuts. As in my case with these older homes in Florida you never know what you are going to find when you start a job and that has to be mentioned up front & taken into consideration along with cost. Lou comes a little pricey but you will get a top notch / expert job when completed. To round it out Lou is professional, quite knowledgeable, and completed job within stated time frame.”

“I hired Kain Contracting in July 2015 to remodel the second floor of our home by adding a loft for our kids to hang out in. I discussed the ideas we had with one of Kain's employee Daniel C and the finished product was exactly what we were looking for. “I hired Bennett Building & Development to tear out the side railing of the main staircase inside my home and replace it with something more stylish and durable. The work went smoothly...only took a couple of days. Each day, the entire area was cleaned up and I was consulted throughout the project to make sure it was looking the way I wanted. The work was beautifully done, and Nick and Gwen Bennett were very professional, friendly, easy to communicate with...and very careful about my dogs! This is a good company.”

“Joe and Rick and their team did a fantastic job. It turned out just as I designed it. Both Joe and Rick were very responsive and communicative throughout the entire build. Using the plans I had drawn up, we met all together before we started construction to walk thru the entire process to try and anticipate any problems that might arise. The minor issues we did encounter, as there always are in construction, we solved by all of us putting our heads together. Joe and Rick were always prompt and courteous, returning all calls and emails promptly and talked me through my questions and concerns, always putting me at ease. Joe's respect for his customer is wonderful. He was always made the extra effort to make sure he was meeting our needs. I know I wasn't his only project going on, but I was always treated like I was the most important. Joe implemented a policy where he contacts his clients after 30 days, then 90 days, then 6 months and then at a year after the build is completed, to check up and make sure things are still going well. He just contacted us after Hurricane Irma passed thru and all is well here. Not a single shingle had an issue! I would hire this man, these men, this company again in a heartbeat! If only I had more land!”
