“We are in the process of renovating a 100 year old SF Edwardian and started on the upstairs rooms. After interviewing and meeting with several contractors we chose Lee & Co. and couldn't be happier. From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. We are still amazed at how meticulous, professional and hard working everyone was and the fact that the project was finished on time-incredible! We want to thank Rob for the personal attention he gave our project and for the outstanding level of communication. Our newly-painted home looks better than it ever has, its "bones are strong" once again, and our new bathroom is stunning! The attention to small details is, indeed, much-appreciated. Rich was always available by phone/text, and everyone who entered our home was personable and polite. “Our very first upgrade project that included several custom design. I had consultation with other contractors but what set MJB Homes, Inc apart is their genuine interest in what we were trying to achieve. Mike & Eric worked very patiently with us from design to execution. These guys are true professionals and took care of the little details including suggestions to improve on the design but still keeping us on budget. The estimated completion was 6 weeks but we finished in 5 weeks & on budget. With all the nightmare stories out there about remodels, we're grateful to be able to share a very positive experience. It pays to work with professionals!”

“Prior to tackling a very complicated remodeling project Vince Nicosia performed a detailed walk-through and provided cost estimates for the project. We learned a tremendous amount about current building codes from Vince's detailed evaluation of our situation. His professional opinion was that the project was not conducive to a remodel but he spent extra time with us to make suggestions and provide options that we might consider. Although we will not be going forward with the remodel, we will definitely use Nicosia Construction in the future as well as recommend him to our neighbors and friends. We feel very fortunate to have met Mr. Nicosia and to have had his help with our project.”

“We had the pleasure of working with Paul on a kitchen remodel that we did a few years back. The one thing about Paul is that he's a stickler when it comes to details. He made sure everything, every step of the way was done perfect. Our remodel was a pretty big job and if it hadn't have been for the Cabinet company the remodel would have taken a total of 3 weeks.”
