“Fresh Start was excellent to work with from start to finish. They ordered a gorgeous reclaimed Heart Pine floor in our #1 Quartersawn grade for a high-end renovation job in Harvard Square. The job was well-organized and the schedule was budgeted appropriately to allow for flooring acclimation and installation times. Jobsite was neat and orderly and delivery was organized/executed well, despite the extremely narrow side street and tight driveways of the neighborhood. From start to finish, Fresh Start was easy to work with. They knew how to plan for and work with a high-end finish product and treated it and us with respect. Our experience working with them to patch historic white pine and Heart Pine floors in the area has been similar. We recommend their work to clients in the Boston area.”

“I live in New Jersey and have a few properties in Massachusetts. I needed work done on two of my properties. I normally send my team of guys up there when work or repairs are needed but this time I couldn't because of poor timing. I spoke to a handful of contractors over the phone. When I spoke to Chris from Develop X Properties, he reached my comfort level in the first minute of our convo. He assured me the work would be done within my budget and in a timely fashion. “David and his crew have now executed 3 substantial projects at our house. This last project was finishing a basement they originally built unfinished 8 years ago. “I recently had the pleasure of working with Deivid, the owner of 89 Home Service, for the renovation of three bathrooms in my home. Over an intense two-month period, Deivid and his team worked tirelessly to meet very tight deadlines without compromising on quality. Communication was a breeze with Deivid; he was always prompt and clear in his responses, ensuring that I was updated every step of the way. His collaborative approach was particularly impressive. He partnered with us in designing the bathrooms, truly listening to our ideas and preferences to create spaces that were both functional and stylish. But Deivid's service went beyond just the bathrooms. Sordan Construction also has software that tracks the project progress and engages the client every step of the way to ensure the client gets everything they desire, and more. The return on investment of their projects is astronomical. It is often said you get what you pay for. Sordan Construction has broad experience with installing everyday common materials to highly delicate and expensive import materials. Sordan Construction is not cheap, but rather reasonable because as mentioned above, they accept nothing less than an excellent job. As mentioned above, you get what you pay for. Pictures never do their work justice and I will upload pictures of the project at the end of the project. Sordan Construction literally transformed our traditional 12,000 sqft mansion into a modern contemporary marvel with high quality stones, smart home system, German kitchen cabinetry and top of the line appliances.
