“Dan did an amazing job. He organised everything. Was easy to talk to. I couldn't believe how fast he got in and got the job done. The quality of his work i thought was to a very high standard. He always turned up. Money well worth spent. We had a granny flat we had been in the process of building and hadn't done anything on it for 2 years. We needed help. We decided to find a builder who could build our deck for us. It was about 18m x 9.5m (veranda on 3 sides) and was about 2m off the ground (the ground was elevated). A friend ended up recommending Dan to us. Dan also did the veranda roof, guttering etc and wire balustrade all the way around. Looks really beautiful. I also got him to build some internal shelving, put doors on, attach towel rails, mirrors and other bits and pieces. I'm so glad we did.”

“We hired Campbell Builders to build our deck. The first impression we had of Michael was very favourable as he arrived to give us a quote exactly when he said he would. He was very professional and apart from being very friendly he knew exactly what he was talking about. We had no hesitation in hiring him to do the job as his quote was based on exact costs of materials. The job took the time that he had quoted on and he finished on time. Michael's appearance was always neat and clean and he is a very tidy worker. The finished result was beautiful and we are still very happy with it over a year later. “We have had experience with a few builders and can say that Cameron Constructions has been by far the most professional, organised builders we have dealt with and we would (and do) recommend them to anyone building or renovating. Cameron Constructions helped us renovate our bathroom and second level including the installation of a new kitchen. From the initial meeting, Shamus was very receptive and detailed, asking all the right questions to fully understand our requests, and throughout the project he was in constant communication and open to any discussions about the project. The project timeline was the quickest I have experienced as all the trades were scheduled with the minimum down time and all the contractors on site were very pleasant and friendly. “Jemade Design & construction have just completed our beautiful brand new home. As first home owners and building we thought it was going to be a very daunting task ahead with so many builders to choose from. However from the very first meeting with Kevin we knew we we're in great hands. Kevin and his team we're very professional, and helped with all the questions and advice we needed. Working in real estate I see a lot of homes everyday and the quality of work, attention to detail and finishings by Jemade we're second to none. “Eco Essence built our 2 story beach house at Casuarina in 2012. Jeremy and Wayne from Eco Essence Homes were recommended to us by the property developers of Seaside as Eco builders. When we met with them to sketch out some ideas, they immediately impressed us with their easygoing but professional approach and the way in which they translated our ideas to paper. It also appealed to us that they were a local company and not part of a large chain. House construction is not the easiest thing to go through, especially as absentee owners and not knowing a joist from a bearer, but Jeremy and Wayne made the process a lot easier and were often a long way ahead of us in their thought process and ideas. Our home was completed on schedule and within budget. We love our beach house and it has come through all that the weather has been thrown at it with flying colours. We are thankful for Jeremy and Wayne’s expertise and particularly their “nothing is too much trouble” personal approach.”
