“Andy's first project was our back deck in 2021. His attention to detail, pride, and craftsmanship in the job, made it an easy decision that we would hire him again. We did glass panel railings and added gorgeous lighting. About a year later we hired him to renovate 2 bathrooms. He guided us to a great local cabinet and local tile company he has worked with for years. Both companies that apply the same level of detail as him. He always adds a creative touch that improves the functionality, and was willing to work with my creative ideas too. In my kids bathroom, we put a lot of thought into getting the right placement for shelving in the shower and we have a motion-sensored under vanity lighting (to light the floor) to act as a night light. Every time I walk in the bathroom I think it just looks stunning. We will definitely hire Andy for future projects.”

From estimate to completion, their work is always first class. I was particularly impressed with the spectacular plan they devised to install a dual zone central air unit into my 1930's Cape Cod style home. They were able add the units and duct work throughout the house with minimal effects on the existing layout. The house retains its original charm with the addition of year round comfort. “I appreciated all the time Brian, the owner of Miracle Contractors LLC, took with me to help with ideas and suggestions to make a lot of improvements needed to my old home (over 100 years old)! His crew replaced the siding, gave me a new roof, gutters, gutter guard, downspouts, plus tore down & built a new deck across the entire back of the house and installed 2 new sliding doors to go out to the deck. They did such great quality work that I had them come back to install new kitchen & bath flooring tiles and build a new large 16' x 24' shed which we love so much cause we now have better storage space! I would definitely use them again for any work needed on my home because they are extremely knowledgeable, have fair prices and his teams were great to work with. Felt like they became part of our family!”

“Mark and his crew remolded the first floor of our home to include taking down three walls, moving the laundry room and a complete new kitchen from the floor up. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Mark was very attentive to our needs. We just recently contacted him to help us on another project. We are planning to add a three car garage with an attached in - law suite. I would highly recommend Marked Improvements without hesitation.”

Tom is one of the most honest, professional and dependable home improvement contractors in the business--but more importantly, he and his crew do excellent work. I've used him many times on home 'flip' projects, referred him to clients and at projects at my own home. With many contractors, you don't know what to expect and usually there is a level of disappointment when you see the quality of their work or their responsiveness. “Gregory Custom Remodeling gave me the kitchen of my dreams! An extension that doubled the size of our existing kitchen, plus the addition of a bay window in the dining room, a covered outdoor patio area, and new roof, windows & siding for the entire house. Joe and his team were great to work with. Professional, honest, & trustworthy. They are a group of very talented craftsmen. “We recently had a large scale addition added to our kitchen, great room, master bed and bath. From our first consultation to the last inspection, the staff at Smithouse were always extremely friendly and professional. After several years of thinking and talking about remodeling our out of date kitchen and living room/dinning room space, we finally made the move and asked friends who they would recommend. Several told us about Smithouse so we contacted Dave and his team. From the very beginning, they listened to our needs and communicated flawlessly. New kitchen island, stainless steel sink, granite counter tops, tile back splash, paint, raising the ceiling, fixtures, lighting….so many decisions for us, but they delivered exactly what we asked for. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the finished product, that came in on budget and in less time that estimated. JP who managed the project, was professional, courteous, and on time every day. The crew that he brought was phenomenal, from start to finish the delivered, and cleaned up every step of the way. We missed them when they were gone, but 5 stars to the crew and our whole experience with Smithouse…we would definitely do it all again! Loving our new addition!”
