“Lowe’s has given us so much grief over our window installation- 3 years of grief. Elevated Home Restorations LLC have been the only ones that have helped me navigate through the long process. To be honest if it hadn’t been for Heather and Brian I would still be waiting years from now to get the job completed. Jumping back 3 years EHR was not the original contractor on the job in fact it was about a year into that they came in. Lowe’s had jerked us around, sent the wrong product and done abosolutely nothing to help. Brian and his complete team have worked diligently through each trial that Lowe’s has sent our way. They have been professional, helpful, worked hard, and even offered an ear to bend each time Lowes messed up. I have full faith in this company. Brian is upstanding and I would use him again and again for work needed in my home!! And a very special shout out to Heather- the wife and planner. She too has been over the top to assist me. In fact when my job is completed, I’m going to miss our weekly messages.”

No detail was overlooked and everything was done to perfection. We have a home in Columbia, SC and plan to remodel it and Aspen Builders is coming to SC to do the work for us.”

“Mr Gibson came to look at the cement block underpinning to my on frame modular. With the settling of the house, the underpinning had pulled away and developed some cracks. It was not a easy job, but Mr Gibson was able to repair the damage. He did such a great job that I asked for his assistance with my driveway which was in very poor condition and in need of grading and gravel. He took on the job and the results were just as amazing! I was impressed with Mr Gibson's integrity, work ethic, and fantastic results. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.”

“I MET AND HIRED JOE SHIVELY IN 1999 TO BUILD OUR HOUSE THAT WE STILL LIVE IN TODAY. NOT ONLY WAS HE VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON ALL ASPECTS OF BUILDING HOUSES HE WAS ALWAYS THERE TO HELP US FIGURE OUT WHAT WE NEEDED TO DO NEXT AND THE BEST WAY WE SHOULD DO THINGS SO WE WOULD BE HAPPY FOR YEARS TO COME. AND HE WAS RIGHT WE HAVE BEEN IN OUR HOUSE FOR GOING ON 19 YEARS! I HAVE BEEN IN MANY HOUSES OVER THE YEARS BECAUSE I OWN MY OWN CLEANING BUSINESS AND I'VE SEEN BEAUTIFUL WELL BUILT HOMES AND MANY THAT WEREN'T BUILT VERY WELL. JOE BUILT US A WELL BUILT HOUSE WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY ISSUES OVER THE YEARS WITH ANY OF THE WORK HE DID OUR WITH ANY OF THE MEN HE HIRED TO DO WORK FOR US. JOE HAS BECOME LIKE A BROTHER TO ME OVER THESE PAST 19 YEARS AND HE IS CONSIDERED TO BE PART OF OUR FAMILY! IF WE DECIDE TO SIZE DOWN AND BUILD A SMALLER HOUSE IN THE FUTURE WE WILL DEFINITELY ASK JOE TO BUILD IT FOR US!! I RECOMMEND YOU TALK TO JOE SHIVELY BEFORE YOU DECIDE ON A BUILDER.. HE IS A GOOD HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY MAN AND HE BUILDS BEAUTIFUL WELL BUILT HOMES!!”
