I was so impressed to see a young talented individual like himself run an operation backed up by a team of dedicated architect, engineers, and labor force. Ali had set up my project from beginning to finish with some kind of software platform 'Monday.com", which was very helpful and so simple too use. I was updated every step of the way with project progress pictures, documents, inspection reports. The entire process was a breeze, even minor hiccups were dealt effectively and efficiently. The proposal I was given by Ali was so thorough and detailed, each and every step was accounted for to justify the total construction cost based on the approved drawings his architect had established. “Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”
