They are so easy to work with and it's really nice having someone who can put it all together! We told them the budget that we had to work with and he was able to make our dream come true and all saved more money than expected. “We have used Lewis Stephens and Property Rehab for over 20 years. They have remodeled almost every room in our home. New roof, new AC, extended driveway, stairs, custom total remodel of Kitchen, Breakfast room & Master bath, added media room, added entry closet and Master Closet, to name a few. We are now planning to redo the entry and front door and sidelights, front sidewalk to street and new brick mailbox. Our projects with Lewis and crew have always been positive and on schedule! We feel comfortable working with his staff and any requests or questions are answered within a day. Lewis & Deedee's son, Chris, has been with the company since his college graduation. This shows us that the quality and commitment will continue with Property Rehab as we continue to improve our property.”

“Having seen the exceptional work Big Tex had completed at my relatives home redoing an entire kitchen and major remodeling of most of their home, there was no doubt we wanted them for the extensive renovations we had planned for our 2 nd floor when we became empty nesters. With our vision and Codys expertise and team, we now have our dream home. Our media room and game room complete with a wall of custom cabinetry and authentic brick veneer have transformed a once unused space to our main living and entertaining areas. Not only did his work exceed our expectations, it took our initial 2 room project to a complete upstairs reno including the bedrooms and bathrooms. Not only was he able to execute what we wanted, he also provided excellent suggestions , many of which we implemented, and also was very flexible if our vision changed. I cannot speak enough about the professionalism, punctuality and integrity of the entire crew. I trusted them with the key to my home. I only have one regret, that is that I haven't had him back yet to update our downstairs!!! ( p.s.- you can see our photos on his site!)”

“Richard remolded our master bath with taking out old tile, fixing and replacing the shower stall floor, removing old wall paper and texturizing the walls with a very light stucco, put beadboard up with white wash and installed wood flooring . Installed new light fixtures and replaced all electrical switches. We were very happy and rehired him to do the guest bathroom and redo my kitchen after having it remolded 7yrs ago. To update I had him replace wallpaper with texture and install T1-11 from bottom to 6ft up with a 1x6 board. He has replaced all electrical switches and plates. I could go on and on but he always cleans up and respectful of what I need to change as the job goes along. He can do about anything. We will be using him for as long as he is in business!”

“We recently hired McEachern Custom Homes to renovate both our kitchen and master bathroom. Caleb was professional and a pleasure to work with. He was reliable, patient and very responsive. During the planning/design process, Caleb shared ideas and design opinions, which was very helpful. During the remodel, Caleb ensured our questions were answered and concerns addressed. He did such a great job managing our project and never dropped the ball when we sent requests or questions. Caleb’s end goal was to ensure we were happy with the completed project and we absolutely are!!! We would definitely recommend McEachern Custom Homes and hope to hire them again for future projects!!”
