Very pleased with the architect’s rigorous design, and just as much with how smoothly and timely the builder has worked with Deer Island’s HOA and strict architectural review committee (design plan approval), Lake County’s permitting (unifying two lots to minimize setback issues, and Florida’s St. John’s Water District Commission (drainage setbacks within the conservation land).
