“We were treated extremely well by Andy Katzman and his team. Andy as well as his superintendent have been on top of everything, and have gone above and beyond to make sure that all our requests were met. The whole crew, including their contractors, is very professional and have been responsive. Furthermore, Rare Builders/Andy have always addressed any issues - at times we tried to avoid bothering them and we learned our lesson quickly! Our dryer would not seem to work and we kept dealing with the manufacturer only to find out that when I mentioned it in passing to Andy, he knew exactly what the problem was and sent someone out that day. They are absolutely some of the best people we have ever dealt with and will never make you feel like you are a nuisance!”

“I used SECR for a full condo renovation - floor to ceiling, wall-to-tall, two bathrooms, kitchen, the works. From design to permits to construction and cleanup, SECR was amazing. They communicated well, worked seamlessly with the city and my HOA, and were respectful of my neighbors during construction. The only surprises were pleasant ones. I know many people have contractor horror stories, they did not work with SECR. I love my finished home and am grateful for SECR's professionalism and skill. Thank you Mike and Kyle.”

“Came to my home and spent time to talk about the home I want to build, Very impressive people. I intend to use their services and am currently saving pictures for them to eventually look at. I have decided on a company to sell my home since they have been here. I had a professional home inspection and am fixing the things that i need to. Hopefully will list home in spring and build this summer! Looking forward to working with this company....Husband builder his wife a designer...great combination!”

“After purchasing an existing home, we hired Holly Homes to complete renovation on the inside and the development of a luxery patio in the back of the home. The project involved the movement of walls, new drywall, paint, tile and wood flooring as well as electrical and plumming work. The project was completed in an organized and orderly fashion with all questions and concerns posed to us for proper decision making. The cost was right on budget and timeliness of project steps remained ahead of schedule. The members of Holly Homes kept the home clean and secure as we had not yet moved in. I would not hesitate to hire the professionals at Holly Homes again in the future or to recommend them to anyone for projects of all sizes and scopes.”
