“Back in the year 2012 our bathroom was in desperate need of some work. I had 3 estimates done. The first 2 I didn't get a good feeling about, when Greg stepped into our house I knew he was the person I wanted to have do our bathroom. He was so down to earth, honest, professional all around great person!! We were having a wedding in June of that same year. I liked the fact Greg had so many ideas on what we could do things I never would have thought of. They started the job in May and had the job done in time for the wedding. My husband and I were both working at the time and I felt VERY, VERY safe having them here working during the day while we were at work. Building Renewal have done several jobs for us we have also referred him to other people who have been happy as well with the work they do!! We will NEVER have anyone else do the work as long as Building Renewal are in business. The bathroom turn out better than I could have imagined you want this company for your next anything!!!!”

“Workhorse doubled the size of my sunroom from 10x16 to 20x16, installed a radiant heat floor, finished it off with tongue and groove wainscoting, sheet rock above that, t&g ceiling, tile floor, paint. I was very pleased with the outcome.”

“We have a new home in Big Lake that we moved into in late July 2020. Beautiful home and wonderful neighbors. Dan S has been a pleasure to work with. As with every new build, there are issues that have come up with the house since we’ve moved in. Once we contact Dan S, he’s on it! If he’s not in the area, he finds someone to check in with us. He never fails to follow up to make sure we are satisfied with the outcome. Dan S is just an all around good guy!”

“I've hired Jamestone for a number of home remodel projects, and I will continue to call Jason first for any future work. He's professional, honest, fair and above all else, does a really good job. He handled a large multi-floor remodel project 4 years ago after burst pipe incident, and last Fall completed two bathroom remodels. In each project I was impressed with his eye for detail - there are a couple of examples of Jason sending cabinets back for rework or redoing an install because it didn't look "perfect" the first time. That I didn't have to be harassing him with a punchlist of things I was displeased with means a lot to me. I have recommended Jamestone to my personal friends and am happy to do the same here in this forum.”
