“We hired Tate to figure out how to put a door into our house from the attached garage: the previous owner hadn't bothered to do that when he built the house. Tate figured it out right away, even tho we had all the wrong ideas, and had other good ideas of his own about the project. Good thing we hired Tate; if we'd been in charge, it would have been a disaster ; > )”

“We have built five homes over our lifetime, this Lindal Home exceeded all expectations. It started with the quality wood which was used for the framing. You don't see this anymore! This wasn't a small house, and had many extra details added to design. You can take any Lindal design an tweet it! The subs were very professional along with general contractor. I've never moved into a house where there wasn't a "punch list", didn't have one for this house! Highly recommend Majestic Peaks!”

“Wes Browning was the Frontier Log Homes Superintendent on the construction of our log home in Aspen Colorado. Completion in May 2000 was ahead of schedule and under budget. The home was featured in Log Home Living, January 2004 issue, on the cover and with a full article and photos. The Home has aged beautifully and one of Aspen's most prominent custom home builders was in the house at a small gathering on January 03, 2017 and said that he had never seen such high quality fit and finish in a log home before. We have at least one person knock on the door each year or so and beg us to sell them the house. It is not for sale. I cannot recommend Frontier and Wes highly enough. The entire Frontier organization has become like Family to us over the years. Great people and really knowledgeable.”

“In 2019 we embarked on a total remodel. The home we purchased had been neglected and needed everything on the exterior replaced including siding, windows, doors and roofing. We also wanted to upgrade the kitchen and baths, as well as relocate of some of the interior walls. Peak and Prairie Homes exceeded our expectations. We were so pleased with how the home turned out that we had them build a new garage/shop the following year. Carl was easy to work with. He listened to our design ideas and turned them into the home of our dreams. We are very happy and continually receive compliments on our property.”
