“Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”

“Chris and his team gave my wife and I one of the best experiences one could ask for considering we sustained damage throughout the house from hurricane Ian leaving us in complete disarray. After failing to get responses or long lead times for repairs, Chris provided a very competitive price and started within a few days of signing our agreement. We highly recommend their services as they are reliable, professional, clean, friendly, and did an outstanding job in managing multiple projects in several areas of our house while having to maneuver around all of our belongings which they covered and protected. They did everything they said they would do and made our house nicer than it was before the storm. High quality work and fair pricing. We can’t thank thank you enough.”

“We used Tom to renovate our home in Bonita Springs. After interviewing several contractors, we felt that he was the right guy for us. Whatever was promised, was delivered. His inside staff was awesome, especially Joel. Always available, always on top of everything. On top of everything else, we were in Pennsylvania when the work was done so it was imperative that we found someone who we could trust and deal with from afar.”

“My wife and I were referred to Rick and Deb by friends who were very satisfied with there. We were impressed with there team work when they gave us there estimate. Rick did much of our two bathroom remodel work himself which ensured quality and cleanliness. Deb gave us creative ideas in one bathroom which had a difficult layout. The job was done at the estimate price and only one week late. We have referred them to friends.”
