They were in the middle of the building process when I purchased the house, so I dealt with them on selecting all finishes, etc. They were a pleasure to deal with and were always available to answer any of my questions, concerns, requests, and so on. I'd definitely use them again - the house is very well built and designed.”

“Had such a great experience working with Eric, D and Anna on our living roof project! We added a full wall of bookshelves and a Hearth Cabinet fireplace. All touch points of our project was a pleasure to work with KSB on, from budgeting through completion. They are incredible with attention to detail and won't stop until everything perfect. “After using him about 10 years ago for our 3 bathrooms, we decided to totally redesign our kitchen to not only update the room but to create a more usable living space. He spent many hours listening to what we wanted to achieve and translating those ideas into plans. He also created custom cabinets and a huge island for us using materials that he recommended for our lifestyle and tastes. Highly recommend - will be using again!”

“For the past five years I have contracted Centerline Construction to work on my house in Columbia County, New York. The projects have been diverse, from the installation of a new hot water system to remodeling bathrooms and bedrooms. The quality of the work has always been exceptional, and I have always been very satisfied with the end result. They listen carefully to my requests, and I am particularly impressed with their efforts to understand my personal aesthetic and vision. A recent example of this involved the installation of Moroccan tiles in my kitchen and bathroom. This project was quite difficult given these handmade tiles were often uneven and each a little crooked, which to me was part of their special appeal. Centerline was able to accommodate this variety and I now have beautiful, perfectly laid floors in an old-world style that blends magnificently with the rest of the house. In regards to the cost, Centerline's estimates have always been accurate and very fair. I would surely recommend Centerline Construction to anyone who wants to have a job done right and, at the same time, aesthetically pleasing. I am most impressed with the company’s high level of integrity and their warm customer-oriented style.”

“There are less expensive contractors out there, but few are as thoroughly knowledgable about building technology (esp. solar, energy efficiency, etc) as Joseph Malcarne. Also, there were some minor issues - all of which he addressed very promptly. His follow-up is exceptional.”

“We engaged Riga to build our house on South Shore Road in Salisbury, CT. The home is now 10 years old but has stood the test of time in terms of wear and tear in the real world. I often comment on how well built the house is and that even during storms and high winds, how tight and snug the house remains. The quality of the workmanship is very high. The workmen were courteous and dependable. We have been very pleased over all.”
