“We hired EPC to remodel two bathrooms and the entryway to our house in Ventura. Gary and Jesse were upbeat and nice to work with. Their skilled staff were all courteous, reliable, efficient, and non-smokers. They were perfectionists and took pride in their work. We are very happy with the quality of the workmanship and the price we paid. Our only minor complaint is that the staff were spread pretty thin across EPC jobs, with our project taking nearly 4 months to complete (longer than projected).”

“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Hybrid Construction on multiple home improvement projects as well as remodels. Whether the project is large in size or small they are always friendly and professional. They offer design recommendations and suggestions as well as preforming the actual work to get the job done. The owner is always responsive to my many questions and takes the time to explain the pros and cons of the various options that are presented to me for my project. When you hire Hybrid Construction for your project you can be assured that the owner will be on the job site on daily basis, not just at the time that you sign the contract. As we all know, this is not always the case w/ General Construction companies. This is 1 major differentiator in my opinion, between Hybrid and other companies. I have been living and working from my home while construction is being preformed. I truly appreciate Hybrid Construction's attention to detail in both the creative space as well as the day to day cleanliness of the job site. To know that my home will be left neat and tidy and the end of the working day is a relief! Hybrid Construction represents a team of honest, reliable, creative and hard working individuals. I receive frequent compliments on my home and yard all based on the work preformed by Hybrid Construction!”

“We hired Eternity Construction to do our kitchen remodeling, I was thinking to do this project by myself but than I figured out that the best it's will be to find a good general contractor, pay a little extra and get it done right. I asked some friends and they recommend Eternity Construction. Motti came to see the job and gave me a FREE ESTIMATE and some new ideas, like how the kitchen will be more efficient. Motti is very honest, and respectful. I have now my dream kitchen! I couldn't be happier with the job, Thank you Motti.”

“Mark Markmiller assisted me by certifying that my existing seismic retrofit was done to code; this enabled me to receive a 20% discount on my earthquake insurance. He was generous with his time, cordial & professional, and has a great sense of humor. Mark does everything from constructing kitchen cabinets to tile work to bolting houses to their foundations. He enjoys his work and takes pride in providing good quality. I highly recommend him.”

“Bodagger Builders remodeled my bathroom in 2013 and I love it...Not only was the job done in a timely manner they were there when they said they cleaned up every day not leaving a mess behind. I have had nothing but compliments on my bathroom. Thanks to Diego and his amazing crew. He has done numerous jobs for me and never once disappointed. I have had new fence installed, along with interior and exterior painting done in 2016. His crew is very professional. When I need work done he is my to go person...Thank you”
