Mareno Construcion started on our home on Jan 5th 2017 and my home was completed in April 2017 and we were able to move in in May of 2017. If you are looking to build and you want it done right, give Mareno Construction a call. The owners are very knowledgeable in homebuilding industry. Their entire focus was making sure we were happy and pleased with the progress they were making on the construction of our new home. “I contacted Vance about some exterior maintenance and the larger job of painting my interior and making my home more handicapped-accessible for my mother. The work has been fast and of excellent quality, and we have enjoyed having Juan in our home and appreciate that he cleaned up so well when he was finished. Additionally, Vance was able to recommend many alternatives to lower cost, as well as special touches that would make my mother even more mobile around the house. We asked for a very special project for our back stairs that included a removable wheelchair ramp. We wanted to keep the originals stairs intact, and make sure that they had their own matching railings. Mike the welder did a beautiful job fulfilling out request, and now we have a ramp that can be removed, leaving the stairs intact. We are extremely pleased, and I will definitely hire B&B again!”
