“Doug provides high quality workmanship, great communication, clear and accurate bids. He listens to ideas of the owner and he then provides his professional expertise. He has good relationships with his subs and can move a project quickly. During covid, when we all needed to do outdoor activities, I wanted my side gate to be more accessible and look like part of the house. I am still so pleased with the outcome.”

“I engaged House on the hill Construction to build a world class Lash Studio called Dekalash in Castro Valley (salon) and I am so happy . Not only the work was done beyond my expectation , the team took care of all the coordination with all the parties .. I never had to visit the site and my staff love the beautiful studio. They are always accessible , kept me informed of all the progress and I don't have words. I have already referred them to my fellow franchise and they are my future construction partners . You are always welcome to take a tour of their work at Dekalash Castro Valley and you will know what I am talking about . Besides construction, the team also did all the assembly of furnitures , pictures etc etc I am recommend with highest possible recommendation .”

Not only was Darko Borovnica knowledgeable in his craft and work ethic, Darko gave brilliant, creative and functional design ideas for each space and room. I was pleased and impressed that he was willing to invest his time in a potentially small project after hearing that his present project was building a multi-billion dollar modern energy efficient home.”

“Alan and Carol Thorner, here. We just wanted to send a quick "Thank You" to Luxera in Rocklin, Ca, for the beautiful job that Rich Igou and his crew did with our remodel in Granite Bay. Our newly-painted home looks better than it ever has, its "bones are strong" once again, and our new bathroom is stunning! The attention to small details is, indeed, much-appreciated. Rich was always available by phone/text, and everyone who entered our home was personable and polite. Luxera in Rocklin was more than fair on the price, and that's always a big one when it comes to construction projects. In short, we couldn't be more satisfied. “We are in the process of renovating a 100 year old SF Edwardian and started on the upstairs rooms. After interviewing and meeting with several contractors we chose Lee & Co. and couldn't be happier. From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. We are still amazed at how meticulous, professional and hard working everyone was and the fact that the project was finished on time-incredible!
