“We have just completed the design and selection phases for the construction of our new home and have just broken ground on the build on 8/31/15. We couldn't be more please thus far with our experience with BW Homes. They are a semi-custom builder and we've made significant changes to the home's facade, redesigned the master bathroom, did major changes to the the kitchen layout, are changed the location of the entrance to a bedroom so that it can be turned into a suite simply by closing a pocket door. The president of the company is responsible for the redesign of the facade working with us to give us a design with which we are extremely pleased. The onsite agent has been extremely helpful and generous with her time, staying very late one evening so we could get a good idea of the standard lighting in the home to determine what we needed to add. But most of all, the person in charge of the designing and selection of materials has been simply outstanding, We spent many hours at the design studio, that tuned into 5 total days of her time, which included her coming in and doing a full day of design help with us on a Sunday to accommodate our schedules. Thus far, everyone in the office has been extremely friendly, courteous, respectful, and eager to help and answer any and all of our questions. These folks have set the bar very high for the project manager and site construction manger to follow suite and feel they will carry on to the same standards that we've experienced till now.”

“Sun Bay builders did a major remodel to our home in St Petersburg, FL. This included expanding our kitchen, adding a new bathroom and remodeling two others. They enclosed our porch and we now have a wonderful area to entertain outside. We worked closely with them to have tile choices, paint colors, bathroom fixtures, lighting, and new appliances selected and delivered to keep the project moving forward. They answered all of our questions and concerns . They were very reliable and consummate professionals.”

“2015-3-12 Clyde Alstrom of Bluewater Construction has done several building projects for us these past three years. All were perfectly executed. He has a very professional and courteous crew and his follow up when requested was immediate. Clyde worked well with both myself and my wife to give us exactly what we envisioned and was truly an extension of the architectural offices we had utilized. He was able to resolve many of plan changes we had requested and he did it with a smile. Most importantly he came in on budget and schedule without compromising any of the quality in material choices and workmanship. More specifically Bluewater built two magnificent homes for us in the last three years. One was a 4500 sq. ft. coastal contemporary home on Lido Beach with plans by the architectural firm of Cliff Scholz. This home turned out to be the best rated in the neighborhood of St. Armand's Circle and was featured in several of Sarasota's esteemed real estate publications. The other is our current home on Longboat Key, which is a 3600 sq. ft. coastal contemporary home with plans from architect Mark Sultana of Sarasota Florida. Everyone who visits us remarks about the extraordinary craftsmanship in every aspect of the home. Bluewater also did a major renovation for us of a 1940's home on Lido Key. The results made us very happy. We sold the home and the purchasers were also very happy with the quality of what they purchased. We are currently planning other projects in the Sarasota area and Bluewater will definitely be our builder of choice.”

“My experience with LRG General Contracting was a good one. Lou is a perfectionist in his work. With Lou their is only one way to do the job - the right way. He will NOT take shortcuts. As in my case with these older homes in Florida you never know what you are going to find when you start a job and that has to be mentioned up front & taken into consideration along with cost. Lou comes a little pricey but you will get a top notch / expert job when completed. To round it out Lou is professional, quite knowledgeable, and completed job within stated time frame.”

“Byron and Justin did a fantastic job of a total renovation of our beachfront family condo. This is a shared property by 3 families....we are all out-of-state (OH/IL/CT). They were good at communicating with us throughout the project even though we were only on site a few times during the process. They listened carefully to our needs and made great design and product recommendations. This had been our parents condo and had not been updated since the late 1970's. To say it was a time capsule is an understatement. Although it was impossible to increase the size, they did an unbelievable job of making the space feel much larger by removing walls. Gave us ceiling lights and fans, which other contractors had told us was impossible. And, they increased our storage space, allowing each family their own personal storage space in an eye pleasing cabinetry and built-ins. I only wish we had taken before and after shots. In the year since the project was completed, each family has spent a few months living in the space. The transformation is amazing and all three families are more than pleased. Would HIGHLY recommend Phoenix Builders of West Florida to anyone doing a small or large project!”
