“Jeffrey L. Henry Inc. built our dream home in 2014 and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone that Jeff surrounds himself with are first class all the way. From his office staff to all his subcontractors. The design process was great fun (and exciting too). Jeff and Justin came up with a completely new floor plan for us which fits our life style perfectly. To put it in a nutshell... You get more than you expect! Even though all the specifications are listed out for you, the actual finished product is much better than shown. Granted, we went over budget in certain areas (like the kitchen) but Jeff's budgets are quite generous! When ever we asked for something, Jeff's response was always "Yes". There were no surprises, no drama and above all the home is beautiful inside and out. Would we have Jeffrey L. Henry build us another home? Is tomorrow too soon?!”

“Andrew and the ALC team built an amazing addition to our home. Many people approach the building of a garage as a separate entity, but from the very start, Andrew listened to what we wanted and created a beautiful garage and breezeway that looked like it was a part of the original structure of our home. We felt confident from our very first meeting, that their knowledge, connections and experience would help us get the end results that we desired and they did not disappoint! Their continued involvement in every step of the building and design process held our confidence throughout and eased any of our expected worries. The quality of materials, help and suggestions that their team utilized were all exemplar. The level of craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations and has been noted by all of our neighbors, friends and family and even the occasional deliveryman. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. It is beautiful, it is exactly what we wanted and came in on budget! I would recommend them to anyone looking to add to the value of their home. “Building with Keystone was fast, efficient, and we love our home! Through the sales process, Keystone maintained availability and answered all questions and concerns in a professional and positive manner. Our work vs play lifestyle was considered before making a recommendation on which home to move forward with. During construction, I was given weekly projections for the building schedule. Because of their attention to timely details, we settled on time! Settlement lasted 20 minutes, keys were given, and we began moving into our beautiful home within the hour. We were thrilled with Keystone and recommend them to anyone that is looking to build a custom home and is met with service which exceeds industry standards.”

“We hired Brian Wood/BTW Construction to reconstruct the front porch on our 100 year old home. We found Brian's workmanship and professionalism to be outstanding. He is extremely conscientious and also dependable. We love our new porch and have received many compliments about our porch from family and friends. We highly recommend Brian and will gladly hire him for future remodeling needs.”

“I appreciated all the time Brian, the owner of Miracle Contractors LLC, took with me to help with ideas and suggestions to make a lot of improvements needed to my old home (over 100 years old)! His crew replaced the siding, gave me a new roof, gutters, gutter guard, downspouts, plus tore down & built a new deck across the entire back of the house and installed 2 new sliding doors to go out to the deck. They did such great quality work that I had them come back to install new kitchen & bath flooring tiles and build a new large 16' x 24' shed which we love so much cause we now have better storage space! I would definitely use them again for any work needed on my home because they are extremely knowledgeable, have fair prices and his teams were great to work with. Felt like they became part of our family!”

“I have worked with Ron on and off over the past several years. I have been a customer of his as well as a photographer for some of the properties he had remodeled. He is hardworking, honest, fair and the quality of his work is excellent. I love that when you work with him, he is the one you are dealing with. His partner Tiler really helps with design, she is amazingly gifted at picking out items that work with budget and style. I tend to get overwhelmed. I have referred them to my closest friend and family and will continue to. I love that Ron communicates clearly and sets expectations. He has done small projects for me such as building out a closet in my kitchen and then done jobs as large as redesigning an entire home for one of my closest friends. Love him.”

“Fritz Eisenbrandt has gone above and beyond to accommodate our wishes for a large two-story addition to the house. He has terrific subcontractors and his right hand man, Sean, really knows his stuff. Eisenbrandt uses quality products and Fritz also has a great creative side and has been so helpful with some of my questions with design which wasn't even part of the original job. We meet weekly and is happy to make changes. He keeps us very informed and is totally transparent with fees and unforeseen issues. They found another cement slab under the ground which no one knew about and he didn't skip a beat. I would recommend Fritz without hesitation.”

For an environmentally conscious organization, I trust them inherently to produce the highest standard, to be impeccably honest, to take on full responsibility and accountability for a project and to gift me with their best customer service. It's actually an honor to be able to review this company. Even after moving out of the area, I still rely on this company, specifically award-winning Polly Bart, as a resource for knowing the best and latest practices of green construction and building. As a web designer, I had the joy of being asked to build the www.greenbuilders.com website. Talk about pressure! I wanted to make sure the website was an extension of this amazing company.
