“We used Bay Harbour Homes to lead us through a complete kitchen renovation, reconfiguration of garage space into a dining area and construction of new utility space. I can say without reservation that the experience with Bay Harbour Homes was not what I was expecting and we were extremely pleased. Tom and his staff were beyond professional, attentive, considerate, and respectful. From the very first meeting Tom and his staff were open to our ideas and helps us work through the positives and negatives of each. They provided an updated, detailed schedule of activities that covered three weeks (current week and 2 weeks out). This was very important to us since we occupied the house during the 2.5 months of construction. They provided daily communication of events and issues on site and laid out all of our options. Of particular note was the fact that in the middle of the project I had to go out of country for business for a week and this concerned my wife. Tom and his staff made sure that they were on site before she left in the morning with the kids and were there when she got home in the afternoon to go over everything with her. They were explicit and non-technical in their explanations of what occurred that day and what to expect for the next. They went so far as to coordinate moving the washer and dryer around some of the activities to ensure that the laundry could be done without having to go to a laundry mat. Bay Harbour's selection of subs for work was also amazing. Each of the subs held the level of respect for us and our ideas. Each sub was there when scheduled and completed the work mostly on time. In the few occasions that they ran over both Tom and sub gave us the heads up early with an explanation and a plan to stay on task. We will be using Bay Harbour Homes on our next project and strongly recommend that you do too.”

“We cannot say enough good things about Jerry Kern and the entire team at Kern Construction. We hired Kern construction in the spring of 2017 for a total renovation of our 1960's vintage vacation property. Not being local, we were nervous undertaking this project but everyone at Kern was absolutely great to work with, highly professional, always easy to contact when we had questions or wanted to make adjustments to the design plan. We were able to meet with all the subcontractors prior to the start of the project and found them all extremely knowledgable and professional. The cost structure of the project was explained in detail and agreed upon in writing prior to start of work. We are quite particular and we found the quality of workmanship and attention to detail at every stage of the project very high. All in all, we highly recommend Kern Construction and would not hesitate to use them for another project.”

“We have just completed the design and selection phases for the construction of our new home and have just broken ground on the build on 8/31/15. We couldn't be more please thus far with our experience with BW Homes. They are a semi-custom builder and we've made significant changes to the home's facade, redesigned the master bathroom, did major changes to the the kitchen layout, are changed the location of the entrance to a bedroom so that it can be turned into a suite simply by closing a pocket door. The president of the company is responsible for the redesign of the facade working with us to give us a design with which we are extremely pleased. The onsite agent has been extremely helpful and generous with her time, staying very late one evening so we could get a good idea of the standard lighting in the home to determine what we needed to add. But most of all, the person in charge of the designing and selection of materials has been simply outstanding, We spent many hours at the design studio, that tuned into 5 total days of her time, which included her coming in and doing a full day of design help with us on a Sunday to accommodate our schedules. Thus far, everyone in the office has been extremely friendly, courteous, respectful, and eager to help and answer any and all of our questions. These folks have set the bar very high for the project manager and site construction manger to follow suite and feel they will carry on to the same standards that we've experienced till now.”
